From a small civil engineering firm purchased by Michael Sutton, P.E., in 1997, we faced initial resistance as an unproven, minority-owned DBE until we could prove ourselves through performance. And we have. In 1998 we changed the company name to Infrastructure Engineering, Inc. to better reflect the work we pursue. Weve performed civil and structural engineering for complex highway, railway, water management, mass transit and airport projects. Weve completed both vital and high profile, world-class developments. Along the way, weve developed a reputation for INGENUITY. We take great pride in applying strategic thinking at the beginning of a project and overcome any obstacles that may arise, in order to not just meet, but exceed client expectations. The benefit to our clients is the combined expertise of our TEAM ; nearly 100 diverse and talented engineers who work in five cities in the states of Illinois, Indiana and New York.
