We tried to give InfoMotion a brief of what we wanted, but then we added and added new requirements The consultant from InfoMotion was brilliant and by June we were talking about the user manuals. We also liked the fact that InfoMotion is a local, Australian company. During the initial scoping and planning phase, they had people on site who were very willing to work with us. We are a boutique business and I feel that InfoMotion are similar in this respect, able to understand our business requirements, provide a personal perspective on our business needs, and ultimately have our best interests at heart. We also liked their common sense design for a business such as M3 Logistics, where each of our customers has an individual way of doing things and we need to be flexible to our customer requirements.
