Erik has over fifteen years of experience in finance and operations roles in Multi-unit retail and eCommerce companies. Erik specializes in partnering with CEO's and their leadership teams in navigating significant inflection points in their lifecycle. Having built his foundation in corporate finance at Staples, he has since gone on to be the stand... -alone CFO and or COO at three different PE portfolio retailers where he has also managed IT and Human Resources. His experience as a CFO ranges from a $20M, highly "roll-up your sleeves" retailer to a larger, $100M apparel company to a $700M grocer with a large team and more complex systems and external reporting requirements. Erik is a Navy veteran and resides outside of Boston with his wife, two daughters, and yellow labs. Kevin has thirty years of executive IT experience as a CIO and Consultant. He has global experience with Staples, Cadence Design Systems, and Accenture. Kevin has led multiple transformations at companies including Disney, HEB, BAX, Staples Europe, and several others. Kevin resides in the greater Boston area. Joann has been successfully leading retail organizations through turnarounds, transitions and revitalizations over the past thirty-five years. Her experience includes The Limited, Gymboree, Pumpkin Patch, and most recently, SLT where she was the Chief Operating Officer. Joann combines her experience with a collaborative approach with executives and front line teams to create a unique in-store experience, selling culture and operational efficiencies.
