Ms. Chao leads the acquisitions team and the multi-family development division. As a developer, she is a dedicated advocate for affordable housing in Los Angeles and has developed a number of multi-family units across Los Angeles. She oversees the deal sourcing, capital structuring, and development programming. Ms. Chao holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from New York University Stern School of Business. Ms. Chao is the president of the Los Angeles Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, a land economics honor society. She also serves as the co-president of the Asian Business League of Southern California and on the Board of Governors for the Los Angeles Athletic Club. She is a designated Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and serves on the CCIM Los Angeles Chapter board of directors as the candidate guidance chair. Infinitys founder and Chairman, Eddy Chao has over thirty years of experience in the real estate investment management industry. He has successfully advised his clients in the acquisition of over $2 billion dollars worth of real estate in the U.S. Over the years Mr. Chao has received numerous professional designations such as CCIM, SIOR, CPM, CIPS, CEC, ALC and CREA.
