Lauri Rich began her career in Human Resources at Harvard University in the early 1980s and has since held leadership positions in various organizations including: a high growth training solutions firm, a global internet conferencing corporation, the largest managed care provider in Massachusetts, the world's leading education company, and most rec... ently with Boston University. In 2001, Lauri founded Infinite Connections, LLC to create pathways to success for individuals and organizations. She has been engaged with a variety of clients, aligning their business and people strategies and integrating sustainable workforce planning models to drive performance results. She is noted for establishing best practices to identify, acquire, develop, and retain talent at all levels and coaching leaders and teams to peak performance. Her focus on outcomes and results has made her a valued and trusted advisor to individuals and organizations alike. Lauris success as a personal career coach was recognized in 2009 by Simmons School of Management, where she was appointed as their first ever Talent Acquisition Executive in Residence. Since this appointment, Lauri has provided individualized coaching to dozens of Simmons MBA students and alumnae. By leveraging her infinite connections in the marketplace and her expertise in career readiness and strategy, she has helped to identify, target, and secure career opportunities for many. Lauri earned a BA in Management from Simmons College. As a tenured member of the Northeast Human Resources Association (NEHRA), she currently serves on their faculty, developing curriculum and teaching Hiring Basics and Talent Life Cycle courses.
