I. Michael Vella, MD is a board certified Orthopedic surgeon licensed in NYS. He brings thirty years of clinical experiences and a vast array of corporate relationships. He is co-founder of Syracuse Orthopedic Surgeons holding the position of managing partner, president and CEO. During his tenure as such, successfully merged one office with 5 Ortho... pedic surgeons, to 11 offices, 31 surgeons, 36 mid-level staff and employing more than 600 people to make this all work. Services include a MSO, multimodal Xray, nuclear medicine and MRI as well as 2 surgical centers providing outpatient services, including outpatient total joint replacements. SOS supports 3 area hospitals with physicians and surgical staffing devoted to high quality and superior surgical outcomes. Dr. Vella studied at Siena College, SUNY UMC, Brown Univ., and Harvard where he received his fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Vella sits as a trustee of a local health insurance group and has successfully sat as President of Midstate IPA for 19 years. Business wise, he is proudest of his groups growth and adoption of early technologies. Incorporating these technologies for the betterment of his partners and his patients. The group remains an independent practice to this date. John Polidori is a business veteran with nearly 30 years of experience in retention, engagement, leadership, communication, team building, strategy, global account sales and management, operations, and P&L management. John is focused as a speaker, coach, and consultant specializing in client and employee retention, and also oversees operations as the COO for Mastermind Lounge. Over his career John worked for some of the most prominent global brands like AT&T and HTC, as well as many small technology and start-up entities.
