Jaime Cohen has had over 10 years of experience in the greater property management field. From 2013 to 2019 he was a Property Manager at Diamond Property Group in the Bronx, New York. He has experience in managing low income housing complexes including LIHTC and Section 8 voucher program properties. He also has had a vast amount of experience in landlord/tenant legal practices as he was a paralegal for Novick, Edelstein Pomerantz PC from 2010 - 2013. Using his skillset in Property Management alongside courtroom experience, he has developed a proven method for staying on top of annual local law, violation compliance and rent collection techniques. Jaime has intuitive skills that helped him develop future proofing and preventative tactics that are an asset for any property owner or manager. He is currently a candidate to receive his Bachelor of Sciences from Farmingdale State University.Read More
