Impact Incubator is a specialized platform established in 2015 to bridge the gap between social innovation implementers and essential expert resources. Operating within the charitable organizations and foundations sector, the entity provides a structured ecosystem for social welfare agencies and social enterprises to scale their operations. The organization maintains a workforce of 500-1,000 employees dedicated to addressing systemic poverty and social exclusion throughout Hong Kong. By providing access to critical networks and technical expertise, the platform serves as a catalyst for sustainable social development.

The operational model focuses on facilitating capital and mentorship for social entrepreneurs. To date, Impact Incubator has successfully managed the distribution of over HKD100.0M in grant funding, directly supporting more than 190 social entrepreneurs in the execution and scaling of their projects. The platform is currently accepting applications for funding initiatives requiring capital of HKD300,000 or above, ensuring that high-impact solutions receive the necessary financial backing to achieve measurable outcomes in the community.
