We are a Manufacturer's Representative serving the electrical industry, founded back in the 1940's as Gregory & Flynn. In 1986, our name changed to Impact Agency Inc. Ten years ago, a successful ownership transition took place and this new partnership now oversees operations of the company. Our commitment to our manufacturers, distributors and all... associates of Impact Agency remains as strong as ever. We are proud of the manufacturers and products that we represent to our customers in Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Our long, successful history has us very excited about our future. We work closely with distributors, contractors and engineers to promote and distribute the newest product offerings and provide information and training on them. We want our customers to feel as strongly as we do that they are working with the best rep agency in Ohio! Impact Agency has earned many sales achievement awards over the years from our manufacturers. These awards have been earned by our team as a whole, by working together and having strong work ethics. No matter what the product line, rest assured that Impact Agency will go the extra mile to meet and exceed our customer's expectations. Our warehouse is centrally located near downtown Cleveland and we are within five minutes of all main freeways. We encourage distributors and contractors to take advantage of our warehouse to pick up their products. For our customers that cannot pick up material from our warehouse, we ship product out daily via Impact Transport, UPS, FedEx, USF Holland and Old Dominion.
