We have been heavily involved in the development and construction of industrial microwave systems since the 1990's. Theresa Chandler is the CEO of IMESCO and one of the founders, along with her husband Russell, of Craftsman Controls, the original iteration of IMESCO, in 1969. She has 53 years of experience in the industrial power generation, microwave process, and power management industry, beginning her career with the Cooper-Bessemer Corporation in 1960. Theresa Chandler, or "Tess" as she is known, truly epitomizes the model of a female business owner. Tess is responsible for the financial and personnel aspects of the company, although her position allows her input into all aspects of the company. Her years of experience in the industry have allowed Tess to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of engineering concepts, mechanical processes, and manufacturing techniques, as well as her vast business acumen. Tess graduated from Marion Franklin High School in Columbus, Ohio. She is also a licensed realtor. She has resided in the Knox County area since 1960, and has two grown children, Scott and Kim.
