Robin Cotler has been collectively performing, studying, and choreographing dance for over 40 years, and is the owner and artistic director of Images In Dance in Akron, Batavia, Brockport and Perry, New York. She attended Point Park College in Pittsburg on scholarship for dance, and has performed at Artpark in several dance productions and with Alvin Slaughter. Robin is a Master Teacher and has taught at conventions for many organizations throughout the east coast. She served Regional Director for the Christopher National Dance Teacher Seminars for five years, and is a member of Dance Masters Of America. Robin's innovative choreography, passion to keep the arts alive in our culture, and desire to touch the soul of the audience has inspired her to form the dance company Evolution Dance Company, which has been performing internationally. She has choreographed and directed several productions of The Nutcracker and is the choreographer for the Batavia Players theater productions. She was recently selected as one of the 50 Up and Coming Dance Studios by Dance Teacher and Dance Spirit Magazine. Robin's students have been recipients of countless scholarships, including scholarships to universities and to study in New York City with major dance companies. Many of her students are currently working professionally with local and international dance companies, cruise lines, production companies, theater companies and appearing in commercial work.
