The ILLINOIS STEEL BASEBALL organization was founded in 2015 with a goal to provide an elite summer baseball program for young men in the Central Illinois area who wanted to play baseball at a highly competitive level. These athletes are taught the game of baseball and how to excel at the highest level possible. Each athlete is coached by the best... instructors with extensive baseball backgrounds. The coaching staff assists and provides direction to each individual player who chooses to advance to the college level. Steel Baseball offers the best learning atmosphere, elite competition and the most exciting playing atmosphere that baseball has to offer within the Peoria area. Co-founders, Michael Broadhurst and Doug Goessman have added teams to this organization each year and continue to recruit coachable players who want to move to the next level in baseball. Steel Baseball leaves no stone uncovered when it comes to providing highly qualified coaches to work with players.
