Ikhlas Education Centre

In October 2016 in order to advance the level of learning due to a shortfall of highly qualified teachers locally we commenced utilising teachers from Egypt. Our overseas teachers have a good command of the English language yet their native language is Arabic and are tutors who have Ijazas in Tajweed, mostly from the prestigious university of Al Az... har. We have been offering online tuition to our local students for over a year and have further developed the structure of the course. Due to the success of our online tuition system , We hope to advance learning of the correct recitation of the Quran by providing our services to students who have difficulty in accessing good quality teachers in their localities wherever they maybe. In our local community and further afield there is a huge gap in knowledge of the Islamic sciences, this is due in part to the way that teaching methods have been applied historically and lack of access to qualified teachers. In order to improve the standards of education and application of the deen it is essential that we have a revised method of teaching which meets the needs of the current Muslim community. It is envisaged that at the Ikhlas Education Centre we can meet this need by employing qualified teachers in the fields of Islamic sciences and to provide an educational system which is in keeping with the high standards expected. We aim to deliver this professionally and to use modern teaching methods to achieve this aim. The Ikhlas Education Centre is a self-funded institute that aims to serve the community of Derbyshire, the nation, and the world community. Reviving the thirst for knowledge and quenching that thirst is key to its mission.
