IHC Invest, Inc. is a virtual corporation which is dedicated to developing and holding new technologies, all over the world. As A Virtual Corporation, we at IHC do not maintain a physical presence as a matter of corporate policy. IHC represents a loose association of competant start up specialists who can, when encountering a revolutionary start up... idea, surround that idea with all the management talent required to bring it to the point where it is of interest to an industry sector. Typically, IHC and its Associates do not ask for fees or any up front payment. IHC does take equity positions in the start up in exchange for its contributions. Typical functions we can perform include (but are not limited to): -Formation of the business case including management of the process through reporting to trading status; -Management of the IP portion of the business; -Creation of initial marketing plans; -Prototypes, proof of concepts; -Initial layer of finance; -Formation of corporate structure, including management to reporting status; -Soliciting and acquiring replacement follow on management. We are willing to intercede in the management of a revolutionary technology long before any typical VC, angel, or start up fund is willing to contribute and bring our talents and funding to bear.
