IDRH was created in 1970 by Marc Ribet, a visionary consultant who synthesized American works -those of Peter Drucker from the Harvard Institute of Human Resources Development, European research -Michel Crozier's studies, and his own experience as a hands-on HRM. The consultancy then developed for twenty years across the world of industry imposing... the consultant not only as the conveyor of technical solutions, but also as the main craftsman of change leading in companies.
