Ichiban

Really, Really good food. Like, if you want new flavors and less sugar in your chicken this is the place you should order from. It costs more because they try harder and have more class, but if you're tired of the same menu and the same homogenized american-style chinese food, then take a break, get something better, pay an extra five bucks. It's w... orth it, trust me, I know. The difference in quality will make you grin and wonder why you're so cheap. Ichiban is one of my favorite restaurants in Madison! The food is delicious and food usually arrives earlier than the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes the quality and taste of the food varies depending on the night, maybe when there's a different chef, but the food is still usually pretty good, just slightly different. I thought the food was really great. The beef seemed a little undercooked but the dumplings were bomb. They delivered after they were technically closed which I was super grateful for.
