ICC supplied me with a difficult to source part, on a Saturday afternoon, to help us out with an urgent customer support call. By the time my engineer arrived at ICC to collect the part it had been thoroughly tested and packaged ready for transport. It's good to know that we have someone to turn to when things get messy! What do you like about ICC'... s service? A very professional, knowledgeable and competent team that are friendly and easy to deal with. Parts availability is excellent, with same day delivery on offer if needed. We originally used ICC for parts supply, but now see them as a valued business partner, providing support for our customers and advice and consultancy services for us when we need them. What could we do to improve our service? As far as I'm concerned no improvements are necessary, but it's good to know that ICC are willing to listen to what their customers want, and adapt if necessary.Read More
