At the Conference site, cash will also be accepted. At least one of the authors must make an advance registration by August 15, 2003 in order for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference. Conference registration includes a CD-ROM proceeding (all accepted papers), a digest book, two lunch coupons and a banquet ticket (not included for student registration). Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomas with a university or another similar institution.
