International Black Sea Club (IBSC) is a non-governmental, voluntary organization which has the status of Observer in the organization "Black Sea Economic Cooperation" (BSEC) and the special Consultative Status with the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (ECOSOC), which are given only to the organizations which have received a world... recognition. IBSC is also a member of the International Union of Local Authorities (IULA) and the European Council for Small Business (ECSB). It is included in the Yearbook of the International Organizations in Brussels. The Club is created for business cooperation strengthening and development between cities-ports of the Black Sea basin countries. It is founded on December, 5, 1992 on 1st Assembly in Odessa. The International Black Sea Club comprised of 27 members, which are cities and municipalities from the area of the Black Sea and the Mediterranean: Anapa, Azov, Batumi, Bourgas, Constanta, Feodosiya, Galati, Ilyichevsk, Izmit, Kavala, Kherson, Mariupol, Nikolayev, Odessa, Piraeus, Poti, Rostov-on-Don, Samsun, Sebastopol, Sukhum, Taganrog, Temryuk, Thessaloniki, Tiraspol, Trabzon, Trieste, Tuapse, Varna, Yalta, Yuzhniy.
