Stephen Huse bought into his first Arby's restaurant in 1967 making him one of the first Arby's franchisees. Stephen is considered one of Indiana's most successful restaurant owners and operators and he attributes much of his success to living by a philosophy that success flows from an ability to attract and keep good people. Much of the company's management and leadership are long-time associates. Finding employees that are dedicated to providing the highest level of quality to every customer we have the opportunity to serve has been his focus for more than 40 years. But the Huse philosophy does not stop only with the company and its restaurants. The spirit of giving and family cooperation extend into the community as well. Typically donating or raising over $50,000 per year for numerous causes that have included Big Brothers Big Sisters, No Kid Hungry, American Red Cross, and an ongoing relationship with Riley ChiIdrens Hospital.
