He has advised clients in numerous transactions including sales to companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and private equity. He acts as advisor to small to medium sized enterprises and family groups. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) Degree and is accredited by the Institute of Chartered Accountants as a Self Managed Superannuation Fund Specialist. He is a registered tax agent, company auditor and Self-Managed Superannuation Fund auditor. He provides litigation support advice and acts in mediation and settlement proceedings. He is a Director of the Australian Institute of Music Limited and an advisor to the Boards of various groups of private companies.
