Hup Lian Engineering Pte Ltd was established in Singapore in 1991 with its core business in structural steel fabrication and installation. Over the years, our activities have expanded to include main building construction for commercial, residential, industrial and institutional developments. Hup Lian Engineering is proud to have contributed to Sin... gapore's iconic commercial developments such as the Resorts World Sentosa Theme Park, and highly recognisable shopping centres such as 313 Somerset at Orchard road, POMO (formerly Paradiz Centre) (upgrading work), JEM at Jurong East and Parkway Parade Shopping Centre . Our portfolio also includes the development of pharmaceutical facilities for Schering Plough, Genentech, Lonza I to III, and Novartis. We were also a key contributor in the development of major government and institutional projects , including Singapore Turf Club, Changi Prison Clusters I, II, and III, INSEAD, government schools, community clubs, food centres, public markets, and public housing estate work. Hup Lian Engineering has also designed and built many industrial facilities that are key to Singapore's economic infrastructure. This includes shipyard facilities, such as fabrication workshops, large span mobile shelters and blasting chambers in Keppel FELS, Sembawang Shipyards, PPL Shipyards and Jurong Shipyards.
