Humble Pie opened its gates on July 10, 2013, and we have been serving up wood fired artisanal pizza and the best local beer we can find ever since. Our Philosophy: People, Planet, Pizza. We are committed to bringing sustainability into the core of what we do. The approach of the 'triple bottom line' that balances community benefit and environmenta... l sustainability with profit, lies at the heart of Humble Pie's creation. These values are reflected in every aspect of the restaurant's physical design and daily operation, from our recycled building materials, to our minimal waste policy, to our locally-sourced organic ingredients. Our physical space strives for simplicity and efficiency over high tech solutions to sustainability challenges; balancing Asian and Pacific Northwest architectural elements with urban farming. Above all, Humble Pie strives to be a welcoming space for community members and visitors alike to chat and connect over a cold pint and a slice of, in our humble opinion, rather delicious pizza. In looking towards the future, we are working hard to continue making Humble Pie a positive force in our corner of Seattle.
