Hugos is situated just off the north east corner of St. Stephens Green. We are nestled... equidistant between the 5 star Merrion and Shelbourne Hotels. Our Government Buildings and Dil ireann are all within 100s of metres, with the Departments of the Taoiseach, Finance and Foreign Affairs literally on our doorstep. Hugos is also within 5 minutes stroll of The National Concert Hall, The Gaiety Theatre, The National Museum, The National Art Gallery, The Natural History Museum, and the iconic Grafton Street, Irelands premiere shopping plaza. We have a huge bias towards locally sourced ingredients (organic where possible) and a dedication to fresh and imaginative food. The kitchen is a keen and innovative team who are eager to prepare for you the very best ingredients which Ireland has to offer. Our wine list is worldly and extensive, and it allows our guests to choose from over 60 wines by the glass. These elements are married with smart professional service, brought by a long serving, but young, full-time team both front and back of house. This is a gem of a restaurant.
