Human Resource Development Services Inc. (HRDS Inc.) is an education consulting company that specializes in installation of healthcare related training institutions. Dr. Kallol Guha, PhD, DSc, established HRDS Inc. in 1999. The philosophy behind this enterprise is to make high quality medical education accessible and affordable to those who are academically competent and motivated, and have a willingness to work for the community. With nearly three decades of experience in higher education and social work, Dr. Guha is currently responsible for the overall operation of multiple international medical schools which he established single handedly. In an effort to lighten the financial burden on prospective medical students, HRDS has also developed a student loan program for the students of SJSM. This resource is being planned, in collaboration with banks and financial institutions, to be made available for wider circle of students in the future. HRDS Inc. does not subscribe to the concept of "you get what you pay for".
