Main frame designs of commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings. Allen holds the following certifications: Allen understands and works regularly with the International Building Code, the Florida Building Code including High Velocity Hurricane Zones, and the Texas Building Code. Allen is well-versed in the Florida Product Approval System, including preparation of product submissions for Miami-Dade County Notice of Acceptance (NOA).
