Recently he became the Member of the Board of the Global Association for Human Resources Management (GAHRM) and is the subject topic leader for Workforce Compliance. The Association consists of 80 HR Leaders worldwide and published the "Do's and Don'ts in Human Resource Management" and will release the Handbook for Human Resource Management in Spring 2016.
