Shipper must note any discrepancies on product, process, or quantities. Only HQ Machine Tech, and its customer's approved sources may be used. No deviations or substitutions from the purchase order instructions without written approval from HQ Machine Tech. All supplier process quality records generated per a HQ Machine Tech purchase order will be retained by the supplier for a period of ten (10) years, unless the records were supplied to HQ Machine Tech. If applicable, Supplier must maintain a Quality and Calibration system as previously approved by HQ Machine Tech or the customer. Supplier must notify HQ Machine Tech if approvals lapse or change prior to performing this contract/purchase order.
