Graham Phillips graduated from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1967. He is a general practitioner in the fields of commercial and corporate law specializing in small business issues. He served on the Executive of the Commercial Law Subsection of the B.C. Branch of the Canadian Bar Association for several years, inclu... ding a term as Chairman. Graham was a director of the Neil Squire Foundation of British Columbia for more than ten years, a society providing assistance to persons with severe physical disabilities; and he is counsel to the Make-A-Wish foundation of British Columbia Wayne Powell graduated from the University of British Columbia and was called to the Bar in 1969. He articled and practiced with the firm, becoming a partner in 1973. Initially a successful litigator specializing in family law, the focus of his practice has now grown to include real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial matters. In addition, Wayne provides legal services and consultation to G&F Financial Group, BC's leading credit union with 30,000 members, 16 locations and over $2B in assets under administration. Wayne is the author of the best-selling "BC Divorce Guide" for Self-Counsel Press which went to a 20th Edition. D. Stuart Gray graduated from the University of Victoria in 1989. After practicing on Vancouver Island as a trial lawyer, he joined HPPG in 1994, becoming a partner in 1997. Stuart is currently the senior counsel for the firm, providing litigation services in areas of plaintiff personal injury, professional negligence, insurance claims and employment disputes. He also provides litigation services in association with the solicitors' practice.
