Hotel Makers was founded in 2018 by seasoned luxury hotelier Chris Ward, who has over 20 years senior commercial experience and success in developing some of the finest Hotels in the UK and beyond. Chris worked in senior Director roles at a number of independent luxury hotels and private estates, including three years with Orient-Express Hotels (no... w Belmond), seven years at two of the finest luxury hotels in the UK, Chewton Glen & Cliveden House, five years creating a collection of luxury hotels in Croatia called Adriatic Luxury Hotels, and five years building from scratch the multi-award wining Farncombe Estate in the Cotswolds, consisting of three luxury boutique hotels (Dormy House, Foxhill Manor & The Fish Hotel).
