Horizons delivers the countys targeted support contract, still under the name Connexions Northamptonshire. Our commercial offering is now delivered under the name of Horizons. We are the provider of choice for Northamptonshire County Council to deliver the Connexions Targeted Support Service to vulnerable young people who are at risk of becoming NEET (not in education, employment or training) or who are already NEET. Connexions Choices Advisers provide independent and impartial careers advice and guidance to encourage and assist young people to participate in education, employment or training.
