Each project is assigned a Field Manager and Office Project Manager. These two work together as a team to direct the various subcontractors and vendors toward a successful completion. The Project Manager's responsibilities include estimating, subcontracting, purchasing, negotiating, invoicing and handling draw requests. The Field Manager's responsibilities include quality control, scheduling, subcontract and vendor relationships, safety and cost control.
