Hope4KidZ offers ideas so that parents and others can have more involvement in our children's lives during the time they are in Residential Group Facilities. We offer practical assistance to families whose children are living in group foster care. We aim to educate children and parents on the importance of documenting experiences during the time the children are committed into state residential group care. Hope4KidZ believes that: State foster care group facilities must provide safe and appropriate care for children in their care. Children in state foster care deserve to be safer than before they were removed from their homes. Children in state foster care and their families need to have clearly defined legal rights and they need to know what those legal rights are. Parents and children need to be educated on the importance of documenting experiences during the time the children are committed into state custody. Hope4KidZ exists to end the abuse of foster children living in group facilities. It is our mission to end violence through an array of programs and services designed to help survivors heal as well as educate the community on ways to end violence through advocacy, awareness, and action.Read More
