Beth is the Co-Executive Director and Co-owner of H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Pursue Excellence). Beth began working with individuals with developmental disabilities at the age of 18 while attending Campbellsville University to obtain a Bachelors in social work. Beth worked as a case manager for individuals with developmental disabilities for 3 years,... before earning a Masters degree in Special Education. Beth worked as an Exceptional Child Instructor in both Hardin and Marion Counties for 10 years. In 2011, Beth began providing positive behavior support services in the afternoons and on weekends to individuals receiving the MPW and SCL waiver. This new career path sparked an interest to start the process to open a company that provided quality and caring services through the MPW and SCL waiver programs; resulting in H.O.P.E. (Helping Others Pursue Excellence) beginning in 2017. In her free time, Beth enjoys traveling with her husband and 2 daughters, teaching Sunday School to 3-4-year-olds and completing remodeling projects. Beth Osborne, Director of Positive Behavior Supports, Co-Executive Director and Co-owner of H.O.P.E., Positive Behavior Support Specialist Tammy is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor -Supervisor as well as the Co-Executive Director and Co-Owner at H.O.P.E. She obtained her Master of Education in Professional Counseling and Human Development from Lindsey Wilson College. Tammy is passionate about helping people pursue personal growth and meeting their own goals. She enjoys working with the youth but also likes to work with adults. Tammy sees clients as the clinic, located in Lebanon. Tammy utilizes a variety of techniques and approaches in therapy. Most frequently she utilizes EMDR therapeutic approach to address traumatic events, Cognitive behavior therapy, solution-focused therapy, and Psychodynamic therapy.
