Back when we opened Hominy Grill in 1996, our goals were simple to explore the traditions and history of the low country through our food and to create a neighborhood restaurant with a sense of place. We are grateful to our wonderful staff, customers and all who made "the Hominy" a Charleston institution. After 24 extraordinary years, we decided to embark on another chapter.
