HomeSmart Realty

John Cowan - I was born in Phoenix in 1961 and grew up here in the valley. I am a professional realtor with the Exclusive Properties Group of HomeSmart Realty. I specialize in residential re-sale and work with both buyers and sellers. I enjoy golf, hiking, playing guitar, writing songs, fine dining, travel, and lots more. Erlita Reyes - I work loca... lly as an executive level Project Manager for SPI Litigation Direct, a Philippine technology company based in Manila. I have been employed with SPI for about 12 years and have worked up to my current position. I am here on a work visa through SPI. I usually work long hours and typically much of my work is done from home through email. I still go to the office though, and sometimes am asked to travel on short business trips to major U.S. cities. I enjoy working, reading, hiking, eating healthily, and watching movies. I say thanks from the deep of my heart for your precious time spent and help. I will always remain to you for such kindness.Read More
