I purchased my home with Homes by Vanderbuilt many years ago, and to this day I have had nothing but fair and courteous service whenever I have needed it. The shopping experience was fun and easy, I returned several times before I made up my mind and was treated kindly every time. I am a difficult person to sell to, but they had a lot of patience w... ith me and I never felt rushed. I have needed help over the years to match up a counter that got messed up by accident, the same with a floor that I burned by accident. They got me in touch with their supplier without any questions and were more than willing to help. I have nothing but good to say for this company! I purchased my first home from Homes by Vanderbuilt back in 1993. In 2007 I purchased my next home from them as well. Both times I was treated very well by everyone from the sales staff to the crews who did the set up through the finish work on the home. Even though the two homes were built 14 years apart many of the same employees worked on both projects. I have highly recommended Homes by Vanderbuilt to those looking to build a new home and will continue to do so. Vanderbuilt gave us excellent customer service and built a high quality, competitively priced house. I recommend them to anyone needing housing. We absolutely love our new home!
