Kelly served as a medic in the Louisiana Army National Guard and served in Saudi Arabia during Operation Desert Storm. She began her real estate career in 2004 specializing in new construction sales. She ventured into property management in 2011 and grew the Columbia SC portfolio by 150% within her first year. In 2016 she began supervising Sumter,... SC and by 2017 she was supervising operations for South Carolina as well as North Carolina. In her spare time, she enjoys boating and adventures with her family. Olympia graduated with honors from South Carolina State University with a degree in Political Science, Pre-Law. Olympia has been in the Property Management profession since 2016 and has 17 years of experience in management, training, and customer service. Olympias current role is Maintenance Manager in the South Carolina Market. Her current properties are in Sumter, Dalzell, and Mayesville, South Carolina. Olympias primary focus is to provide a positive customer service experience, while leading with integrity and humility. Louretta is the Business Development Manager for North and South Carolina. She is a licensed broker in both states with 15+ years of Property Management/Real Estate experience. She joined the HomeRiver Group team in 2018. She serves on the board of Health Guidance, a non-profit patient advocacy organization that serves local families in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg community free of charge through their critical medical illness, utilizing our personalized health management service.
