Kim Gonzalez has been with HomeRiver Group since 2015. She worked as a Maintenance Supervisor until moving into her current position as Property Manager. Kims current position is responsible for maintenance, move ins, move outs, turnkey and routine property visits. Kims goal is to provide excellent customer service to clients and tenants in the man... agement of their homes. With over 14 years of experience in commercial and residential management, Donna manages up to 800 properties. She is responsible for client and tenant account portfolios in leasing, rent collections and tenant-owner relations. Donna is always well prepared and enjoys assisting others. Sharese MacDonald has been with HomeRiver Group since 2014. She began as an Assistant Property Manager and became Property Manager in 2015. Sharese is intensely dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensures all clients are well informed and satisfied. Randi has been with the company for 5 years. She started out in the maintenance department, worked as a Property Manager and now assists clients and tenants as an Account Manager in both the Dallas and Atlanta market. Randi has also earned her GA Real Estate license. Randi enjoys the property management field as every day is different and never slows down. Danielle Vanzandt joined HomeRiver Group in August 2018. Danielle began her career as a leasing agent and within one year was promoted to property manager of a 144 unit community. With over 8 years experience in the multi-family Industry, she has led Low-Income/Tax Credit, Section 8 and Conventional communities. Danielle has recently transitioned into residential property management.
