We provide comprehensive packages to give you piece of mind when you cant be there to watch your home and property. Home Check Calgary will fulfill your home insurance requirements by making regular checks of your home. Most insurance companies require visits every 48 to 72 hours. Please check your policy to verify your insurance companys requirements. We will visit your home and follow a strict checklist. That checklist will provide a template for professional reports and a log of monitoring. We will provide a digital electronic record that can be emailed to you the day of each visit or sent at the end of the service contract. We will keep all records secure and on file and are available to you at future dates, if required. We also offer for fee services such as feeding indoor pets, taking trash to the curb, removing flyers from the front door and mailbox, watering plants (first five included in price of basic service), and other services as specified.
