My name is Bob Dennis. I have been involved in property rehab and renovation for over 45 years. I graduated in 1957 from Northeastern University as a civil engineer and worked about 15 years for the Boston Edison Company in their Structural Design Department. Before leaving the Edison Company in 1972, I was involved as the Contract Review Administr... ator for the construction of the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant in Plymouth Mass. Since then, I have been involved in all phases of property management, rehab, construction and renovation. A few years ago, I teamed up with another contractor with extensive experience (30 years plus) in all phases of home structural repair, such as removing and replacing rotted sills, structural timbers etc. This work is quite specialized, can be dirty, and is work most contractor's lack experience or don't want to get involved. My partner Don is as good as anyone I have known doing the kind of work we do. I am a Massachusetts licensed Construction Supervisors and licensed Home Improvement contractor. In addition, I am a Massachusetts licensed Registered/Professional Structural Engineer.
