For hand tufted carpets our installed capacity is 5000sq.mtr. per month and for other home textile items our capacities are huge enough to cater to the need of our valued customers. However these installed capacities can be increased as per the exegencies and requirements of our esteemed buyers. Inspite of the above manufacturing activities we are... also having our own: An efficient and high tech process house cum dyeing plant with cabinet dyeing for woollen, acrylic and cotton hank dyeing along with winch dyeing for fabricks-Now a days an actual user is always demanding dyeing qualities/parameters of any article,be it carpets,throws ,bed covers,cushions,rugs,dhurries etc. in terms of washing,staining and light fastness standards - so in order to meet the international standards in dyeing , we keep our systems and laboratories efficient and accurate. e use Azo Freeze and eco-friendly dyes in our products;the total manufacturing and dyeing activities are undertaken in a Pollution Free environment for which we are certified by the Govt. of India and also by some importers from Europe. We do not employ any child labour for making any products or dyeing process for which we are registered with the Rugmark Foundation. An autonomous body governed by Germany which ensures that we do not employ any child labour as well as we are registered with 'Kaleen ' a trademark of ITPO/Carpet Export Promotion Council All our manufacturing is undertaken in a pollution-free environment.
