The company understands that during renovation, the operations of the facility must continue unimpeded while maintaining the safety of the patients, staff, guests and employees. The company also understand that the process of construction in any occupied facility is as critical as the end product. In the project planning stage it is important to consider how the construction personnel, materials and debris move through the facility. ur staff and subcontractors' work hours are dictated around the functionality of the facility and scheduled to cause the least impact to daily work. As a result, much of the company's work occurs during nights and weekends. HCG is experienced in the interruption of critical utilities such as electrical, plumbing, mechanical, fire protection and medical gas. The company's policy is to identify these required interruptions and develop a plan with all stakeholders for the performance of the work which would include the impacted areas, how the work will be performed, the duration of the shutdown, and contingency plan if an unforeseen event occurs.
