We believe that the level of quality provided to children in our program is critical to their future success. What each child comes away from the program with will last a lifetime. To provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment for young children and families of our community. To Implement developmentally appropriate practice in our curriculum and in the way we interact with children. To reflect Gods love for us in our policies, our actions, our attitudes toward our work, and in the way we treat one another. We firmly believe that children at the youngest ages desperately need consistency and high levels of training in their teachers and caregivers. At House of Children, we seek out and provide ever-improving resources to our staff for quality curriculum, competitive pay and on-going training. This improves the quality and stability of our staff and our programming. We maintain our commitment to you, our clients, by employing only the most committed, and highly qualified staff and ever-improving programming. Our son started at HOC when he was 6 months old. We have always had great relationships with the staff in each classroom hes been through. He is now 4 and attends both HOC and the local public school for Pre-K. They tell me at the public school that he is more than ready for Kindergarten. HOC not only provides great childcare but they start teaching letters, sounds, numbers and shapes early on!
