Hobart's Steakhouse was established in April 2000 in Lindsay, Ontario. His commitment to serving communities and drive for excellence proved an exceptional base for a genuine spirit of hospitality that guides the Hobart's Steakhouse vision. In 2012, the success of this vision led Hobart's Steakhouse to open a second location in Peterborough's downtown café district of Hunter Street West. After six months of award winning renovations to a 150+ year old landmark building, Hobart's Peterborough was opened in 2013. This most recent chapter of Hobart's story began to further serve and set the standard for steakhouse restaurants in the Kawarthas.
