Originally, my cousin and I, opened as A-1 Siding, Construction, & Renovations. After my cousin left the company and I took over it completely, I renamed it Benfatti's Custom WoodWork. Then, a year ago my wife joined our team and has Ben spectacular! So, to reward her for all the hard work she has put into the company, I promoted her from helper to 50% owner/operator and renamed it His & Hers Construction. All in all, I have had the company since I graduated high school, just changed names a few times. I have over 10years experience in construction industry.
