The program's simple set up, point and click navigation and sequential process, makes the program easily navigable for even a beginning computer user. HiMARK$ primary function is a secure billing program for equine enterprises that can be adapted from the simplest form of record keeping to the very sophisticated. Its principal users are breeding, training and boarding establishments that wish to track horse care, breeding histories, stallion records, horse inventory, customers and contacts, and service providers. The program can be modified for veterinarians, equine dentists and farriers. HiMARK$ billing format creates invoices from both a central entry screen or from the horse care history screen. This feature allows an owner to record a health history while simultaneously billing customers and expensing costs. HiMARK$ not only allows for multiple owners split billing, but also permits partner exemptions. The program offers an easy credit/payment entry and a month-end aging report that allows customized late payment billing. It prints individually selected or in mass invoices, envelopes and labels. Throughout the HiMARK$ billing process extensive customer and horse data, including all horse health care, veterinary services, board, inventory, breeding histories and services are tracked. A variety of crucial informational reports are preformatted from this data. Reports include customer data directories, current and historical horse care and breeding histories, boarding history, "booked to" reports, "on farm" inventory and tax inventory, detailed transaction reports, credit/payment report, service provider histories and scheduled provider service reports.
