Ribs alone can take 6 hours just to cook properly, pulled pork 10-12 hours and... brisket a minimum of 14 hours. That doesn't include the prep time. Let Hiltzy's BBQ do that for you. We specialize in smaller parties from 5 to 100 people. Larger groups require additional time. We can provide: * BBQ Ribs * Pulled Pork * Brisket * Smoked Chicken * Macaroni and Cheese * Baked Beans * Smoked Bacon Wrapped Fatties * You Name it... We do require a minimum 48 hours notice. All food are prepared for delivery and provided in disposable containers. Of if you are looking for that authentic smell, we can bring our smoker to you.
