Prior to founding Highurst, Mr. Dugan was a partner at The Blackstone Group where he worked across the firm's principal investment and advisory businesses. Prior to joining Blackstone, Mr. Dugan led Credit Suisse First Boston's European Industrial Investment Banking Group based in London. Prior to Credit Suisse, Mr Dugan was a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette in the Mergers and Acquisition Group responsible for the firm's advisory business for Industrial companies. During his career Mr. Dugan has also held senior positions in New York and London at Smith Barney, Bankers Trust Securities and Metzler Corporation.
