HPCDC President David Hance reviewed the history of the HPCDC and the efforts to improve the Bryant Street business district. Dave's... slides are attached. A particular focus of the meeting was the proposed relocation of Magisterial District 05-2-31 offices from Morningside to Bryant Street. The Honorable Mikhail Pappas also participated in the call.
